This interactive webinar event was facilitated by the American Council on Education (ACE) and included colleges and universities, service representatives, and key Joint Services Transcript (JST) program business users and stakeholders. The JST Operations team provided updates and vetted potential changes to the JST. Audience engagement during polling and using the Q&A forum was critical to improve operational excellence, build support to institutions, and provide service members/veterans with the best military transcript. The key meeting objectives were to
- document the JST updates and modifications executed over the past fiscal year,
- contribute recommendations and enhancement ideas to improve JST functionality and services, and
- identify process improvements to build support and acceptance with academic institutions.
