Gen. (Ret.) Mark A. Milley, U.S. Army, 20th Chairman of the
Joint Chiefs of Staff, will speak at the 2024 ACE Presidents and
Chancellors Summit, a new event exclusive to current ACE member presidents
and chancellors scheduled for March 3–5 in Washington, DC. Very few spots

General Milley, who served as chairman of the Joint Chiefs
of Staff from 2019-2023, has decades of military leadership experience. Previously,
he served as chief of staff of the U.S. Army, and he has had multiple other command
and staff positions in six divisions and a Special Forces Group throughout the
last 44 years.
General Milley joins a diverse group of speakers
who will share their insights at the Presidents and Chancellors Summit. Attendees
will also explore critical issues facing higher education. exchange ideas, and
