Learning circles are social learning groups of college and university leaders who are pursuing transformative change. Campus leaders who are trained and supported by ACE facilitate ​​online meetings. Agendas are determined by members’ goals and challenges. Discussions draw from ACE and collaborator content. Following the structured program, participants have the option of continuing to meet using ACE technology.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​If you are committed to individual and institutional transformative change toward equity on your campus, join a Sharing Leadership for Equity Learning Circle. Share and learn to center equity in every aspect of your work and confront the daily goals and challenges of leading for equity.

Leveraging key concepts and tools from the shared equity leadership model, learning circle members will share and grow their expertise with peers who grapple with similar uncertainties in their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work. They will help one another identify and​ build shared values and practices necessary to navigate and achieve their respective DEI challenges and goals for transformation. Join to gain access to curated resources and build a powerful network of colleagues with a diversity of experiences, backgrounds, and identities. ​

Learning circles are conducted entirely online. ​​Members meet for one hour weekly for six weeks. 

Learning circles are held quarterly. To be notified when registration for the next set of circles opens, please email engage@acenet.edu.
