Summary

Faculty attitudes and perceptions of the instructional component of their roles within a university are important to overall faculty well-being. Join higher education leaders for a panel discussion as they share their experiences of leading a cohort-based professional learning program and the positive effects it had for both faculty and students. Their experiences will be connected to existing and emerging research on how faculty development positively impacts faculty well-being and mindsets.
