JST Stakeholders Forum


May 03, 2018

Colleges, universities, service representatives, and key JST program business participated in a free webinar event--the JST Stakeholders Forum--facilitated by the American Council on Education. This was an interactive feedback session. The JST Operations team provided updates to the JST. Audience engagement during polling and use of the Q&A forum was critical to improve operational excellence, build support to institutions, and to provide service members and veterans with the best military transcript. 

Key meeting objectives: 

  1. Document the JST updates and modifications executed over the past fiscal year;
  2. Contribute recommendations and enhancement ideas to improve JST functionality, services; and 
  3. Identify process improvements to build support and acceptance with academic institutions.
