Register Now for ACE-IHEP Webinar on Preparing for New Federal Accountability Rules
October 30, 2026

Is your institution ready for new federal accountability rules that will tie programs’ eligibility for federal student loans to the earnings of their graduates?

Many institutions, systems, and states are still working out what the new framework measures, what happens to programs that fall short, and how to prepare before the U.S. Department of Education releases its first results next year.

To help in that preparation, ACE and the Institute for Higher Education Policy are co-hosting a webinar Nov. 19 at 1 p.m. EST.

The webinar, “Preparing for Federal Earnings-Based Accountability: What Institutions and States Need to Know,” will feature Peter Nwosu, president of the State University of New York at Oswego, Tristan Denley, deputy commissioner for Academic Affairs and Innovation at the Louisiana Board of Regents, and Matthew Gianneschi, president and CEO of Colorado Mountain College. The discussion will be hosted by IHEP Vice President of Policy Diane Cheng and ACE Senior Vice President of Government Relations and National Engagement Jon Fansmith. There will be time for audience questions.
