About the Webinar

Confusion about college pricing is eroding student and family trust in higher education. New research from Strada Education Foundation drawing on more than 5,000 students, parents, and adult learners documents how cost confusion directly impacts whether students believe they are being charged fairly and the alignment of an institution’s objectives with their own.

In response, a national advisory group of enrollment management leaders has developed five Student-Centered Enrollment Management Principles, now endorsed by more than 20 major higher education associations, student groups, and research organizations. The principles are field-generated, aspirational, and additive to institutional missions.

Join leaders from ACE, NASFAA, AACRAO, and Strada Education Foundation, alongside members of the Enrollment Management Advisory Group—and with special recognition of NACAC as a founding contributor to this work—for a conversation about what the research shows, what the principles ask of institutions, and what’s coming next.
