​About the Webinar​

This webinar features reflections from leading scholars and practitioners on the report "Capacity Building for Shared Equity Leadership: Approaches and Considerations for the Work" (PDF). Expert panelists discuss the ways that they are working to build skills, knowledge, and systems that support Shared Equity Leadership on their campuses, focusing on different strategies to build capacity for individuals, groups, and the overall campus. Panelists will also describe the challenges they faced when working to build capacity on their campuses. Participants will learn new strategies that support leaders' ability to work collectively and build their knowledge and skills around diversity, equity, and inclusion.

This event will provide American Sign Language interpretation.
