Letter to the SEC Regarding Registration of Municipal Advisors Under Dodd Frank Act

​Letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) about the registration of "municipal advisors" under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Given the broad coverage of these existing policies, regulations and oversight mechanisms, ACE believes there is no need for the SEC to regulate the relationship between college and university employees and the institutions.
