April 24 Webinar Will Explore Partnership Opportunities With Argentinian, Brazilian and Chilean Institutions

​The latest offering in ACE’s Center for Internationalization and Global Engagement’s International Briefs for Higher Education Leaders Series will delve into engagement opportunities for American colleges and universities in the Southern Cone: Argentina, Brazil and Chile. A webinar is scheduled for April 24 at 2:00 p.m. EDT and participants will receive a printed brief when they register.

This webinar and the accompanying brief, prepared in coordination with the Boston College Center for International Higher Education, will explore key aspects of higher education in the Southern Cone, including:

  • An overview of the higher education system in each country
  • International partnerships and collaborations – government and institutional initiatives, models and opportunities
  • Student and scholar mobility – demographics, policies and future trends
  • Implications and opportunities for U.S. institutions seeking to engage in the region
