In this morning’s papers, two big stories appeared in many outlets: Lumina Foundation’s announcement that college attainment is on the rise (covered here by The Chronicle of Higher Education) and a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau report on private student loans, and what happens in the case of a co-signer’s death (covered here by The New York Times). Also, The Huffington Post has the news that a group of senators has called on the White House for more transparency in college sexual assault investigations. More stories are below:
ACE President Molly Corbett Broad’s statement on the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in the case which sought to overturn Michigan’s ban on considering diversity in college admissions decisions.

ACE signed on to an amicus brief filed Friday in an accreditation case on appeal from a federal district court in Virginia, Professional Massage Training Center v. Accreditation Alliance of Career Schools and Colleges (AACSC).
