Higher Education Compliance Alliance Marks One Year

March 13, 2013

The Higher Education Compliance Alliance marks its one-year anniversary this month of helping administrators better understand the ever-growing number of federal regulations for colleges and universities.

Spearheaded by the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) and supported by 29 other higher education associations—including ACE—the Higher Education Compliance Alliance was created to provide the college and university community with an online repository of information for complying with federal laws and regulations. The site includes more than 500 resources spanning 30-plus topic areas.

Since its launch, tens of thousands of visitors have accessed the website, highlighting the need for quality compliance resources within the higher education community and confirming that the issue remains a top priority on college and university campuses.
