Comments to the IRS on Proposed Coverage for Adjunct Faculty and Student Campus Employees Under the ACA

ACE, with the support of nine other higher education associations, submitted comments to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on March 18, 2013, regarding a proposed rule on implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The comments address health insurance coverage of adjunct faculty and student campus employees.
