Transcript Services

  • ACE provides access to transcripts for several of its programs. If you have taken training through your employer, a specialized training provider, or during your military career, the links below will direct you to resources that, in many cases, can help you get that training translated into college credit. ACE also provides official transcripts for organizations and institutions who successfully complete a course, examination, or certification review with an ACE recommendation as listed in the National Guide.
  • ACE CREDIT Registry and Transcript Service
    New and returning users can access the CREDIT Online Transcript System and complete the necessary information to begin using the ACE CREDIT Transcript Service.
  • The National Guide
    We provide an official transcript to participants who successfully complete a course, examination, or certification with an ACE recommendation as listed in the National Guide.
  • Transcripts for Military Personnel
    ACE provides quality assurance and policy guidance to the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps for military transcripts. More than 2,300 colleges and universities recognize these transcripts as official documentation of military training and experiences and applicable ACE credit recommendations.
  • Military Guide Online
    The ACE Military Guide Online presents ACE recommendations for formal courses and occupations offered by all branches of the military.

    ACE Military Programs Workshop

    The American Council on Education’s (ACE) Military Evaluations program has reviewed and made college credit recommendations for thousands of military courses since the early 1940s, and in 1974, began the evaluation of military occupational specialties. This workshop will provide an overview of the American Council on Education (ACE); clarify the review process and quality measures used in determining credit recommendations; increase the awareness, use, and benefit of the transcript services; give an overview of how military transcripts are created and how to break down the credit recommendation areas of the transcript; and offer resources to the higher education community.

    The Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Coast Guard are moving to a Joint Services Transcript (JST) and you need to be ready! ACE is hosting a series of FREE webinars to introduce the JST. The merge of AARTS, SMART, and CGI to a ‘purple’ transcript under a single name and program is a major accomplishment for the Military Voluntary Education Program and was enthusiastically promoted and supported by DANTES. The synchronized transcript is based on the SMART model.
