Colleges, universities, service representatives, and key JST program business users are invited to participate in a free webinar event--the JST Stakeholders Forum--facilitated by the American Council on Education. This will be an interactive and feedback session. The JST Operations team will provide updates and vet potential changes to the JST. Your engagement during polling and using the Q&A forum is critical to improve operational excellence, build support to institutions, and to provide service members and veterans with the best military transcript.
Key meeting objectives:
- Document the JST updates and modifications executed over the past fiscal year;
- Contribute recommendations and enhancement ideas to improve JST functionality, services; and
- Identify process improvements to build support and acceptance with academic institutions.
