Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin

The Supreme Court’s Decision and What it Means for Your Campus

July 10, 2013 1:00 PM

Now that the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin, colleges and universities across the country want to know how the decision may impact admissions policies and practices on their campus.

The legality of applying racial and ethnic factors to admissions decisions is an issue that affects many U.S. colleges and universities, and institutions need to understand how the Fisher ruling could affect how they approach admissions decisions and pursue diversity on campus.

To help institutions understand the implications of the Supreme Court’s decision, ACE hosted a webinar to discuss the outcome of the case.
