    ACE and five other associations filed this brief with the National Labor Relations Board in the case of The New School and Student Employees at The New School – Sens UAW, involving the issue of whether graduate students serving in various graduate assistant categories at private nonprofit universities have collective bargaining rights and can unionize under the National Labor Relations Act.
