If you took the GED Tests as a civilian in the United States or Canada, contact the person in charge of GED testing in the state, province, territory, or government agency where you took the tests.

The GED Testing Service holds GED transcript information only for the following:

(Note: If you tested at any of these locations and would like a transcript request form, please select the bulleted point above that matches your experience.)

The GED Testing Service does NOT maintain records for the following:

1. Anyone who took the GED Tests at a local school board, community college, high school, adult/community education center, or other locally-operated civilian location should contact:
