To provide specialized training for electrical technicians, engineers, safety inspectors, and munitions personnel involved in the design, construction, maintenance, inspection, or testing of electrical equipment, static dissipation systems, lightning protection systems, or bonded systems for U. S. Navy and Marine Corps facilities containing ammunition and explosives.
