Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide a comprehensive overview of the interconnected processes involved in stress and recovery, with sleep highlighted as a core recovery modality.

Learning Outcomes:

  • demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the physiological and philosophical principles of sleep, stress management, and recovery, within a framework of "deep health"
  • practice the tools and processes required to effectively coach clients in the realm of sleep, stress management, and recovery
  • apply both theories and methods to self-coach, and eventually coach clients
