Description

Objective:

The course objective is to identify all components of an investigation; identify and properly characterize each issue in the investigation; determine whether issues have been fully resolved; determine whether all coverage requirements have been met; identify additional information required to complete the investigation; and close investigations meeting standards

  • review credit report for issues that may require additional action
  • evaluate subject interview reports of investigation for compliance with established standards
