Campus leaders will meet to discuss how to communicate the long-term benefits of higher education at the ACE West Summer Summit, June 6-7 in Portland, Oregon. Partial scholarships are available.
The House is expected to soon vote on and approve a legislative fix to an error in the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act affecting students who rely on scholarship aid to pay for their college education.
The House Committee on the Judiciary is marking up legislation to provide permanent legal protections and a pathway to citizenship for Dreamers, along with bills addressing the rollback of TPS for people affected by war and natural disasters.
