Creating Effective Academic Policies and Procedures to Administer Credit for Prior Learning (CPL)

April 20, 2016

This webinar took place on April 20, 2016. It discussed how administrators created effective policies and procedures to support a variety of credit for prior learning (CPL) programs and implemented or expanded CPL programs during the 2015-2016 academic year.

Participants learned about which CPL programs the speakers chose based on the specific needs of their institution, their successes with implementation or expansion efforts, and how they addressed barriers to implementation of new programs.

This webinar was hosted by ACE's Center for Education Attainment and Innovation - College and University Partnerships. If you have questions or require assistance, please contact Angel Harriott at or Mary Beth Lakin at
