Description

Objective:

The course objective is to explore the implications of multiculturalism, diversity and inequality in society and the workplace; identify the key steps and guidelines in constructing a professional resume and cover letter; understand the benefits and advantages of diversity and multiculturalism in the workplace and society; explore the characteristics and features of good communication and interviewing skills and techniques; utilize networking and social media to advertise one's personal and professional brand; comprehend the impact that discrimination and prejudice have on our life and career; and understand the process of giving and receiving constructive feedback.
