Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide students with a foundation of project management principles applicable to managing information technology projects. Students will examine important processes in the initiating, planning, and controlling phases of projects with special attention to requirements analysis and scope management. Additionally, students will explore risk management and quality management concepts as well as project integration and change control concepts.
