Objective:

The course objective is to enable the student to explore the common core knowledge of supply chain management practices and principles. Included in the course are discussions of the historic development, components and major concepts, difficulties in supply chain management, its importance, the uncertainty, contributing factors, marketplace requirements, key issues, operation strategies, benefit and imperative for success.
