Objective:

The course objective is to familiarize the learner with the administrative aspect of the human resources department including selection, recruitment, retention, development, training, payroll, benefit administration, employment law, and other organizational administrative functions. The learner will explore various processes and techniques utilized by organizations effectively recruit, staff, train, develop and retain.
