Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide students with an understanding of shopper marketing in terms of how buyer decisions are made at the point of purchase either online or in stores. Students will examine how shoppers respond to certain purchase drivers or stimuli. Additionally, students will explore marketing research tools that can be utilized to assess trends and implement a shopper marketing strategy to increase sales and add value to a business.
