Description

Objective:

The course objective is to put into practice what associates have learned in the Negotiation Mastery Workshop and improve upon their skills.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Recall the Walmart Negotiation Framework and its application
  • Develop a comprehensive negotiation strategy based on the feedback and analysis from the simulations
  • Provide analysis and feedback on a virtual negotiation simulation completed before attending the workshop
  • Participate in three real-world negotiation simulations, which are filmed for the purpose of feedback, to practice and model the appropriate behaviors
  • Examine how to create strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring the customer is prioritized
  • Comprehend the distinctions between distributive, trading, and integrative negotiations
