Objective:

The course objective is to immerse new-to-role facilitators in facilitation techniques that they can apply to their roles.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Use the 3 L’s to create a world-class learning experience.
  • Practice facilitation techniques while receiving real time feedback.
  • Connect the impact their brand has on the Walmart and Walmart Academy brand.
