Description

Objective:

The course objective is to analyze how roles and responsibilities of the Auto Care Center coach (ACCC), team lead, service technician, service writer, and team associate work together to help the ACC be successful.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Assess the performance of the team in completing procedures accurately.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in proper lift usage and utilizing the ALI Lifting it Right Manual.
  • Demonstrate fluency with the requirements of proper tire sizing and fitment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tire sales and services.
  • Evaluate the level of adherence to environmental compliance regulations in the Auto Care Center.
  • Identify the impact of Auto Care Center claims on the business and design a prevention plan to improve metrics.
