Description

Objective:

The course objective is to immerse new-to-role facilitators in facilitation techniques that they can apply to their roles.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Use the 3 L’s to create a world-class learning experience.
  • Practice facilitation techniques while receiving real time feedback.
  • Utilize the 4 I’s (inform, influence, improve, inspire) to achieve behavior change.
  • Employ the pro-stages and the pro-steps to successfully deliver a world-class learning experience.
  • Understand the role of a facilitator and how it differs from other roles (teacher, trainer, instructor, presenter.)
  • Connect the impact their brand has on the Walmart and Walmart Academy brand.
  • Identify and use behaviors to mitigate facilitation challenges.
