Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide attendees with the minimum requirements needed to become a state certified Criminal Justice Instructor and to afford information and instructional methodologies that specifically pertain to this agency.

Learning Outcomes:

  • be able to research instructional topics to formulate and construct lesson plans.
  • be able to have a basic understanding of the adult learning process and how to manage varied learning environments, and demonstrate ethical leadership in the classroom.
  • be able to formulate learning objectives as well as performance based testing, and comprehend the varied instructional methodologies employed by law enforcement instructors as well as the use of varied media and audio visual equipment which enhances the learning process.
