Description

Objective:

To review the American legal system, common law and its development, organizational structures, and the regulatory environment including the federal and state court systems, partnerships and corporations, securities regulations, business torts, anti-trust, employment and environmental law, and business ethics with emphasis on the legal process vis-a-vis the business environment, both domestic and worldwide.
