Description

Objective:

To provide the student with knowledge about forecasting, evaluation and control, cost/expense allocation, benchmarks, and contributions to revenue. Participants examine the relationship of the budgeting process to the organization's strategic plan and goals.

  • Identify the various types of responsibility centers and examine the budgeting focus of each
