Description

Objective:

To learn basic techniques for preparing, implementing, and evaluating specific types of budgets. Other types of budgets focus on sales production, inventory, labor, overhead, capital, and cash flow. Apply concepts, tools, and techniques of budget preparation, implementation, and evaluation to student's workplace.
