Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide students with the fundamental understanding and skills for effective team participation for those who are both team members and team leads (whether in a formal leadership role or not). The course content is built on the belief that teamwork is an essential leadership competency and that acquiring team fundamentals can prevent common team dysfunctions that impair performance at all levels of government.
