Description

Objective:

To improve the leadership skills and knowledge base of senior career government executives to enhance their performance and their agencies' performance.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Have developed a functional knowledge of their personal leadership style and strengths
  • Developed professional contacts and relationships with a network of senior executives among federal agencies
  • An understanding of and ability to operate in the federal government's dynamic policy and constitutional environment
  • Functional knowledge of organizational change and leading such change
