Description

Objective:

To strengthen the coaching and conflict resolution techniques of those in the supervisory role.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Identify the levels of emotional intelligence
  • Assess their management style using the SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory)

  • Understand the role of coaching in addressing performance issues
