Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide training managers with competencies related to training program management, including program lifecycle requirements, financial requirements, managing training facilities, management of instructors, instructional technology, and other factors that support a quality training program.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Evaluate individual and training program effectiveness
  • Develop an annual training plan for the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ)
  • Evaluate the role of the training function in maintaining performance proficiency in organizations
  • Appraise the role of ethics, laws and standards on training policies

  • Construct a training budget
