Description

Objective:

To provide those essential tools necessary to identify requirements for analysis of arson management including: analyze fire data; develop a plan that demonstrates application of leadership and management skills within an arson unit; develop a plan for effective fire investigation and fire scene management; and develop a plan that will initiate, foster and maintain interagency cooperation.
