Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide the students with the managerial, administrative, and leadership skills and awareness necessary for new, or recently appointed or elected, fire chiefs to effectively meet their obligations.

  • Explain the key elements of financial accountability and effective fiscal planning, budgeting, procurement and property management to support long-term fiscal sustainability.
