Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide Customs and Border Protection firearms instructor candidates with the tools necessary to conduct firearms training safely and effectively. The course focuses on CBP's weapon systems, to include their operation, care, and maintenance. It also introduces new instructors to proper use of force techniques, teaching techniques, tactics, scenario-based training, and identifying and resolving shooter problems and errors.

  • Provide answers to use of force related questions; perform armorer level II responsibilities
