Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide the student with the skills and knowledge necessary to comply with the regulatory requirements affecting all modes of shipment of hazardous materials.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Certify all classes of hazardous materials by all modes of transportation for U. S. domestic and international shipments
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the requirements of the transportation of hazardous materials and explosive materials by highway, rail, air, and vessel in accordance with 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
