Objective:

The course objective is to emulate the different approaches to leadership; apply aspects of leadership processes to understanding character development and trait identification in others; assess current leadership experiences and identify areas of further development; review the various DISC styles and learn how to apply that information into communication and interactions with others; and explore the nuances of emotional intelligence in action to gain buy-in, respect, and overall cooperation.
