Description

Objective:

The course objective is to explain the philosophy behind leadership; develop leadership skills through the study of specific organizational cases; list four (4) different communication styles; identify personal communication style (DiSC); identify goals and potential obstacles to completing goals; engage in team collaboration and accountability groups to practice feedback, listening; communication, and multiple perspectives; and develop reflection habits.
