Objective:

The course objective is to explore various leadership theories and determine a personal philosophy of leadership; create SMART goals to drive personal leadership development; develop a mission statement and vision statement; identify areas of focus for personal and professional growth and describe plans for that development; complete a professional bio and develop a plan for disseminating this information; identify various team roles and outline how to manage these roles to foster an effective team.
