Description

Objective:

The course objective is for learners to be able to explain employer compliance obligations, apply U.S. employment laws to workplace scenarios, and assess legal risks related to employee rights, workplace safety, benefits, labor relations, and hiring practices.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Explain employer and employee legal rights and obligations in workplace scenarios.
  • Analyze employment discrimination claims and equal employment compliance obligations, including reasonable accommodation and veterans' preference requirements.
