Description

Objective:

The course objective is to explore the historical development and foundational principles of constitutional law while also examining key concepts in employment law and international business law.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Explain the origins of American law, including the legal systems and key legal documents, such as the Constitution and Bill of Rights
  • Outline the principles of contract law, including contract types, breaches, remedies, and discharge.
  • Analyze the Statute of Frauds
  • Explain the certainty of terms, rules of interpretation and construction, implied terms, the parol evidence rule, conditions and excused conditions
