Description

Objective:

The course objective is to describe and analyze healthcare quality management processes. This course covers different quality measures, interconnection among healthcare branches and its impact on healthcare quality.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Define and describe health care quality outcomes, methods, models in the U.S, including statistical methods and models
  • Apply validity and reliability standards to outcomes research
